Firstly, you will need to fill out the registration letter to get a unique username and password before you can use GP services online. 

You can complete this and hand it into reception or email it to nencicb-ng.a85010@nhs.net (please note this email is for registrations only)

Once registered, you can log in and easily easily book and cancel appointments online, order repeat medication, message your GP and more.
